SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Recognizing and honoring the                                                                      
relationship between Canada and Alaska; and recognizing the                                                                     
importance of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement                                                                         
negotiated by President Donald J. Trump in October of 2018, was read                                                            
the second time.                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9 will                                                                     
advance to third reading on the March 6 calendar.
